What I Do
Business Advising: As a former CEO, CMO, and long-time business owner, I'm well-versed in all aspects of business from sales and marketing to finance and operations. I'll work with you to clearly identify areas of energy drain within your organization and resolve the issues holding you back.
Executive Coaching: I act as your thought partner, bringing fresh perspectives and helping you unwind whatever is getting in the way.
Leadership Team Development/Coaching: A combination of structure and coaching that gets your leaders functioning well and focused on what really matters.
Strategic Planning: Most strategic plans are terrible. They are too complicated and disconnected from what the business needs. We'll use my framework to create a data-informed roadmap for your business that actually gets the results you want.

Through private coaching sessions and messaging support in between, we work together to solve persistent problems, grow healthfully, and equip you to lead with more resilience and integrity.
This is dedicated space for you to think clearly, act intentionally, and stay connected to what matters most, without trying to figure it all out alone.
Sessions take place via online video and come in six, twelve, or twenty-four session packages. Payment plans are available.
