I’ve spent my career helping service-based business owners and leaders from around the world grow their businesses sustainably. 

My approach blends practical business acumen with attention to the deeper issues that can arise from unhelpful patterns within yourself and systemic issues in your business. I find my clients get better results when we make practical plans and deal with what's under the surface. 

Together, we’ll get to the heart of what’s really going on and find a way forward that feels good — not just for your P&L, but in your gut.

 

What I Do:

  • Business Advising: As a former CEO, CMO, and long-time business owner, I'm well-versed in all aspects of business from sales and marketing to finance and operations. I'll work with you to clearly identify areas of energy drain within your organization and resolve the issues holding you back.
  • Executive Coaching: I act as your thought partner, bringing fresh perspectives and helping you unwind whatever is getting in the way.
  • Leadership Team Development/Coaching: A combination of structure and coaching that gets your leaders functioning well and focused on what really matters.
  • Strategic Planning: Most strategic plans are terrible. They are too complicated and disconnected from what the business needs. We'll use my framework to create a data-informed roadmap for your business that actually gets the results you want.

How We Can Work Together


I offer a few different ways to partner, depending on what you need right now: steady coaching, a moment to step away and figure out WTF is going on, or deeper partnership to move your business forward.

 

1.a. Executive Coaching 

High-touch access to a steady, trusted sounding board as you navigate growth, complexity, and change.

Through private coaching sessions and messaging support in between, we work together to solve persistent problems, grow healthfully, and equip you to lead with more resilience and integrity.

This is dedicated space for you to think clearly, act intentionally, and stay connected to what matters most, without trying to figure it all out alone.

Sessions take place via online video and come in six ($1800), twelve ($3300), or twenty-four ($6000) session packages. Monthly payment plans are available. 

1.b. Asynchronous Coaching

Steady support without another Zoom call.

My asynchronous coaching option gives tech-savvy leaders access to personalized guidance, on your time.

Send me weekly voice memos, texts, or short videos about what's hot for you, and I’ll respond with thoughtful insight, practical strategy, and the occasional loving nudge. It’s a flexible, grounded way to work through real-time challenges, deepen your thinking, and stay connected to a trusted advisor. We can work on either Marco Polo or Voxer. 

$600 per month. 

 

2. WTF?!? Session

Let’s figure out what the hell is going on.

You’re overwhelmed, spinning, or stuck. You can’t tell if the problem is your systems, your messaging, your energy… or all of it.

Here are some things I've helped clients do during these 90-minute sessions:

  • Mapped out the messaging and marketing plan for a retreat (and dealt with the fear no one would want to come to her party)
  • Created bullet points and rehearsed how to have a difficult conversation with an employee (and worked through her tendency to avoid conflict)
  • Created more space in her schedule (and dealt with the underlying fear driving the crammed calendar)
  • Strategized transitioning her vintage resale business from brick and mortar to online (and dealt with her tendency to overcommit)
  • Identified an issue with an undermining employee and made a plan to nip that in the bud (and nipped the self-doubt it brought up)
  • Took a look at her P&L and diagnosed what was really happening with missed sales numbers (took the blame and shame out of it)

3. Consulting 

Customized engagements for strategic planning, leadership team development, product development, growth, culture-building, or a deeper embedding within your organization (fractional Chief of Staff).

When you’re leading a growing business, it’s easy to get stretched thin between vision, leadership, and execution.

Whether it's running your strategic planning process, overseeing your initiatives, facilitating your leadership team meetings, up-leveling your executives, or something else, we'll work together to design an engagement and deliverables that measurably move your company forward. 

At the deepest level of engagement, I'm an embedded strategic partner (sometimes called a fractional Chief of Staff), I step in to help translate vision into action, move critical priorities forward, develop and oversee marketing plans, build culture, and create a clear, steady foundation for your team to build on. This is deeper support designed for business owners who would like senior-level executive support without the full-time overhead.

Pricing is by proposal.
