Hi, I'm Bridgette, a coaches' coach.

Someone called me an "OG Coach" the other day, and I have to admit, I loved it. I've been around coaching for a long time now — 15+ years — and trust me, I've seen it all. 

I've built my own coaching practice from the ground up — twice! I've trained and mentored thousands of coaches, developed coaching curricula, and built platforms for myself and others.  

I'm also a marketing and business expert. I have an extensive background in digital marketing, running companies, and helping turn around distressed businesses. I've been a CEO and CMO, and currently do business consulting in addition to coaching. 

I've developed countless offerings: in-person events and retreats, group offerings, 1:1 offerings, book launches, podcasts, products, memberships, sales funnels, not-sales funnels, and a bajillion classes in various formats. When I work with you, I bring all my experience to your business.

I've failed. I've invested way too much time and energy into ideas no one wanted. I've tried gross marketing techniques that were not who I am. I've held myself to impossible expectations and beat myself up when I didn't reach them. I've fallen for the supercoach pitches and felt ashamed when I didn't "succeed." 

I love coaching and I love coaches. I want the good ones to make it. It's often the good ones who struggle the most. That's why I do this work. And, I've helped launch some of the best coaches around, the ones who are out there quietly changing the world. 

2024 Business Roadmapping Assessment + Session — How it Works:

The Roadmapping process begins with you doing a comprehensive guided reflection on your business. Then, you'll pass all that work over to me, and I take all that info, sit with your business, and have a big think on it before your roadmapping session. 

What I'll bring to the table:

  • Perspective: You likely provide perspective for others all the time, but it's hard to see your own business. I'll bring my fresh eyes along with everything I know about creating a sustainable business, and share what I see with you in a way that's digestible and actionable. 
  • Diagnosis: I am an expert at figuring out what's going on in your business and what needs your attention, whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed by growth, or somewhere in between, I'll give you clear insights about what's happening in your business and where you need to focus to get where you want to go. 
  • Clarity: I don't make promises lightly in my business but I can confidently promise you that you'll leave this Roadmapping session clearer and — this is my fervent hope — with renewed excitement and energy for your business. These sessions are intended to be a shot in the arm that doesn't feel like a kick in the pants. 

Step 1: Business  Assessment Prework 

You'll complete a thorough prework document giving me a snapshot of the state of your business. We'll look beyond the numbers to see how you're feeling and where the sticky parts are for you — because all the strategy in the world doesn't mean diddly if we don't also look at what's going on inside of you. 

Step 2: Roadmapping Session

We'll meet via Zoom for a 90-minute Roadmapping Session. I'll share my initial impressions from your prework and we'll dig into your business from there.  

Together, we'll come up with the top 3-5 things for you to focus on for the next 3-6 months to measurably move the needle on your business. 

We'll discuss both outer-world strategies and tactics, as well as tending to your inner needs because a proper business-of-the-heart strategy includes both. 

You'll leave with a clear sense of what to do next — actions that fit you — along with a tangible Roadmap you can refer to whenever you're feeling a little lost or unsure. 

Roadmapping sessions with me tend to be dense and we cover a lot of ground, so we'll record the session, allowing you to better integrate and revisit our discussion in the coming weeks and months.

I've tested and vetted this framework over many years, and it works. That said, it's not some cookie-cutter business plan.
