You've done well, but it's cost you

Others would be surprised to know that my smart, accomplished, and downright delightful clients also struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, boundaries, overwork, and overthinking. 

But I'm not. 

Because I know that while we present well, we high-achievers are also human and pretty hard on ourselves. And because our work matters so much  — it's our art — it brings all our stuff up. 

That’s where I come in.

I have this unicorn combination of business experience grounded in the psychological, emotional, and spiritual parts of us. I work with the head and the heart in equal measure. 

So we don't just talk about where you want your business to go. We also untangle the mental and emotional knots, freeing you up to make wise decisions about strategy, leadership, money, and meaning.

I believe in business as a vehicle for societal good, personal growth, and getting to live a life that actually feels like yours.

And, I believe in having fun along the way. Because we can do serious work without taking ourselves too seriously.
